Will serves as National Commercial Counsel for Chicago Title’s Columbus National Commercial Counsel (NCS) operation. He currently handles commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Will has over 15 years of legal experience. Prior to joining the Columbus NCS office, Will was an underwriting counsel for the company in Tennessee where he handled commercial transactions and provided guidance to title agents. He also served as a managing counsel in the claims department in the company’s headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. In his “former life,” Will litigated real estate and construction matters. He also served as the sole legal counsel for a real estate investment trust, responsible for all legal affairs for the company and managing the closing department. Will’s diverse background helps to provide unique solutions when challenges arise in real estate transactions.

Will is a member of the Fidelity National Financial Leadership Program’s class of 2013. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. Will is the former chairman of the Community Development Board for Neptune Beach, Florida.
